I just googled what a choppa suit is and it looks just like a soothing suit. Cool.

Mostly church guys and wannabe pimp dudes wear them, and in the past few years, even most of them, have went with the trend of wearing regular suits that fit well. The ones who still wear them are older or too cheap to buy new clothes.
