Yes and No. He was pretty good overall, but was stagnant for a long time. Sometimes I cant tell if it's the wrestler's fault or creative. He had a little spark at the end of his run.
Not in the WWE - I wouldn't mind seeing what he has to offer in a different setting though, because he can work.
