Do People who go out there way to continuously talk about not wanting kids really want kids deep down inside

I know there's people out there that genuinely don't want kids and don't even think about it. However if youre going out of your way to continuously tell people about how you do want kids then there's definitely some interest there. the same ones who do the worst projecting when it comes to parenting
