Do we need a separate tech /IT/certs related subforum

Some of my favorite /most informative threads I've read on thecoli have been tech, specifically getting certs related

@cook what do you think maybe it starts off as a section here or in the HL if we get enough support

it should be in the arcadium if you make it. it's hard to discuss gaming/software without hardware/consoles imo.
