The creators of this site themselves waned a forum where positivity remained the constant theme in here. This isn't LinkedIn, dewd.
I don't think the intent was ever to sit in a circle and sing Kumbaya. Look at the threads in the Rafters. That's what the admins want. The creators of this site themselves waned a forum where positivity remained the constant theme in here.

We can have fukkery and positivity at the same time.I don't think the intent was ever to sit in a circle and sing Kumbaya. Look at the threads in the Rafters. That's what the admins want.

Even if the site gets more membership, we'll still have an inner circle of vets.We can have fukkery and positivity at the same time.
Often times, when we DO have race related threads, there is a certain sense of unity. Whether or not it comes from bashing a "common" enemy.
I think what makes the coli special is most of us comes from similar walks of life more or less. We deal with the same problems, we comes from the same hoods, and we have some of the same thoughts. Thoughts that we share with one another that may give us different perspectives on things.
In that sense, I DO think that this is a somewhat "tight community", and I dot want that to change![]()

Tell us more savvy business manThe admins are going to find that their adherence to "fvckery" will severely limit the long term growth of this forum.
And no, the "community" here will continue to weaken until the point where people feel super uncomfortable to have actual discussions here.
I've seen it happen to plenty of forums.
Push real people away and all you'll get are trolls and aliases and then people will slowly, but surely stop participating all together, especially as posters get older and enter the workforce.
Again, I've seen this happen a number of times.
No. Again, catering to nameless, faceless trolls and punishing those that try and have a real connection with the people here severely limits the kind of community building that goes on in productive, self-sustaining online communities.
