to be honest, i believe it's typical personalities. i'll say that unique ones are appealing at first though, at least from what i've seen and experienced...

Having a unique personality is good for attracting women but once the dating starts they become frustrated. They try to change you once they realize you aren't pretending. I know better than most.

it's debatable about the unique + money combination. i say that because even though women might stick with a guy if he has money, the unique personality won't make it an enjoyable experience, or a stable one. but that depends on how "unique" we're talking too. there are very few people with genuinely unique personalities. most people just have little quirks about them that are only held by a few people. and i can't say i've met a lot of people i can't compare or haven't compared to other people in my life. actually, i find a lot of people remind me of other people. and if not that, then they're extremely typical in the sense that they're like everyone else you'd meet in the street, living in that particular area...
