Social anxiety. Some people have an entire Shakespearean drama unfold in their heads b4 even the smallest interactions with others. They overthink shyt, make assumptions, shoot themselves in the foot b4 they even start the race. So the only thing u end up gettin out of them is self-deprecating comments or just awkward stuff. They so busy thinking that they miss the ebb and flow of the conversation.
I hate we gotta society where people made to feel like they gotta be smooth or perfect just to interact with other people. We are scathingly hard on people literally just tryin to be themselves and that creates a lot of this anxiety to the point where they second guess every move they make and sometimes just don't wanna be bothered to move at all.
