im a normal person, who buys his food at costco and walmartThe inflation cane from them juicing the economy before and after a lockdown. Happened everywhere in the (western at least) world. Remember Trump threatening Powell to keep on juicing, trying to cut taxes and everything - they warned that inflation will spiral outta control and all his cronies were like “he’s a democrat agent”
It’s a pity that economist aren’t commercial anymore, people listen to faux monkeys like Kudlow instead of real economists who only speak in their small conferences or to investors.
