We might be getting into tech, but we still don't have the connections and finances to come together and put a once black area back to a black area...
Plus u think banks going to give us decent loans so we can build something... doubt it
I see Detroit becoming like Oakland: all the wealthy cacs coming from Wayne Co buying up all the houses, driving up prices. Black people will be gradually pushed out and further away from the economic boom, and gradually out of MI.Why not?
Remember Detroit is surrounded by racist white-majority counties, they have been waiting for decades to come back, and now they have the green light.
