Do y'all speak to/acknowledge janitors, food workers, maintenance ppl, etc?

i try my hardest too not acknowledge anyone.. so no i rarely make eyecontact with them... not because i have a better job then them.. mostly because i hate making small talk

I'm just asking b/c I see alot of ppl nowadays who almost purposely avoid speaking to them or they treat food workers/ppl in restaurants like crap, etc

It's funny to me b/c I grew up speaking to everybody and I've noticed that just thru being myself and being nice to them they'll do stuff for you they might not do for other people. A janitor at your job might do you a favor or replace something for you that he won't do for someone else just b/c ur nice to them.

my fam is them people

i just happen to go to college and get a different job

i can easily lose my job and be them, so i always talk to them types of people
