I actually hated his last album. But the back to back to back releases of Ambition, Folarin, and The Gifted made him my favorite new school rapper.

The album about nothing was probably the best album released last year. It was coherent and most of the songs had meaning and points to them. The pessimist is my favorite song on there.


The wale jokes are funny online but dude really does make good refreshing music

Listen to Ambition as it's easily his best overall album in my opinion. PURE heat. If you fukks with that then go back and listen to his Mixtapes. His debut album was uneven but had some gems like Mama Told Me. The Gifted wasn't my favorite but a lot of fans loved that album and it does contain my all time favorite Wale song Black Heroes. The Album About Nothing was fantastic but suffered from dropping right after Kendrick.
