Do you realize how big this universe is compared to the size of this planet? You'd have to be arrogant yet stupid as fukk to assume were the only intelligent life forma here. That's somewhat of a complicated issue.

On one hand you have it where it's becoming more accepted in the mainstream and states allow it without penalty, but on another hand they already broke the law in the eyes of the gov so them taking unnecessary risks would not make since if they want to stay here, most stay on point in regards to the law since they have a lot more to lose; a slip up here can affect their hole family.
