Do you agree with the sentiment that current tv seasons are too short/expensive?

The seasons don't have to be 22 episodes anymore, but that taking years to for the next season to come out is insane. I thought that shyt would end once COVID ended but these nikkas got lazy.

I really dislike the trend of tv show seasons being cut short.

HBO making the final few years of Game of Thrones and the new House of Dragons 7-8 episodes really sucks.

Not only that but they make you wait forever to get to the next season.

10-13 episodes per season is the sweet spot for a normal show.

Less than 10 episodes is much better suited for a miniseries. You give me 6-8 episodes of Mare of Easttown, or The Night Of…I’m happy with that.

Yeah...when I saw the thread title I was about to post that short seasons are OK as long as the next season starts within a year of the first epsiode...but I see everyone else has already posted the same thing

I'm still waiting for Season 2 of "The Night Manager". Season 1 was NINE YEARS AGO :mjcry:
