A little bit. But in my experience that can be because the girl didnt want to seem too easy on the first go. Like I've been on dates where nothing happened. Then some weeks later you get that late night "I'm drunk, wyd" call.

I expect some sort of reciprocation if I put in effort to court the girl. I don't mean getting in those pants either. I mean like her offering to get me a small dessert, showing sincere appreciation, etc. Even if I do decline, it's important that the dynamic feels fluid and not one sided. On a first date... I don't get annoyed by it, I mean, dude's just there to get to know me, he doesn't owe me anything. I'm just assuming he isn't interested... probably not gonna bring up a second date unless he expressly asks, ya know?
But if we've been going out for some time, then it's just weird. Like, I'm a touchy-feely person after I'm comfortable with someone - I initiate hugs, handholding, kissing, etc, and if the guy is motionless, I'm out.
