I typically watch who people interact with, what type of grammar they use, the condition of their teeth (this actually tells a lot), what kinda stuff they are interested in, and how they deal with people they don't need, and their level of discernment.

You watch long enough and pay attention to the details a person will tell you exactly who they are.
