I will check out the documentary, but I don't believe the government or pharm companies have cures lying in the closet. I beleive the have monetary powered decisions that may not be in the best interest of the population.

Of course, it would be doing a disservice to the shareholders of pharmaceutical companies to do otherwise. Quite simply treatment is more profitable than the cure.
