Do you celebrate "heavenly" birthdays?

Birthdays of people who passed away. I know some who do. If so, how do you and your fam/friends do it?

No. Might remember it or think about them but not celebrating. The first birthday might be difficult especially if it's still recent but it gets a bit easier over time.
