No, he just has some hit songs (and features). But by himself he is not a "legend" lol. A mediocre rapper can't be a "legend".

You can be mediocre as long as you have real fans. I feel like French just makes some occassionally hot records. But if you gave the record to somebody else people would still listen without him being on it. Nobody is a fan of him or how he raps or what he says.


With that said,we all saw that video wigh him and Sanna Lathan. Yes he is a legend in some circles
