the local Caribbean spot by me is Indian owned and they can't keep Black staff besides in the kitchen. :mjpls: Place been open 6 months and I could already tell it wasn't Black owned before it opened. Saw the brown folks in there then they put one of their own in the store as basically a spy. A younger girl and she is the only one in there with an official uniform and she is young but bossy around older Black women :mjpls: I can see this even as a customer and hear them talking about it and of course she under serves the plates compared to everyone else. It's at a point that I stopped going there despite liking the food. They've ran thru like 20+ Black women in a few months.

I do.. And when I go in there they are usually respectful towards me..

I don't understand this post because black men and women are mistreated daily by the Arabs, Chinese and Koreans in the black community, and they continually go back to support them..

We so lost.. :mjcry:
