I used to like cutting my own grass on Saturday mornings.
Shower up and enjoy the rest of the day when done.

I moved into a new house about a year ago and it has a lot more intricate landscaping and a bigger yard so I pay a dude now.

I pay $50 bucks and get my lawn cut, my neighbor over there looking like he working hard as hell right now tho @CouldntBeMeTho

I cut mine and edge it, yard isn't that big and only takes 45 minutes. If you got the money then do your thing, I feel like yard care is an expense if you have large yard/mansion.

Do you have a self propelled lawn mower? I got a regular lawnmower from Walmart for like $100 some years back. About two years ago I came across this old man selling lawnmowers he repaired. He sold me a self propelled one and it was $125. I thought he was crazy for the price, but he told me if I didn’t like it bring it back. I love it

Unless you are cash strapped or just want a workout I would heavily suggest anyone get a self propelled lawnmower, especially if you have hills.

I have desert landscape. No grass, just cacti and agave. My "lawncare" consists of pulling weeds and trimming a palo brea tree and bougainvillea

Nobody should really have a lawn in the low desert, although a lot of people do it.

my moms has a house with a huge corner yard. I love cutting her yard . I cut it nice and hie and edge it perfectly. At night I make a detour to her house just so I can at my work. As I go to my house.

It has RWD. I keep it on the lowest setting. I mulch while I cut so I keep a slow pace.
