I only use one hand which is my left hand because I feel weird and I get anxious when I use both hands because I hate having both of my hands dirty at the same time

I don't even touch Pizza I use a napkin on the crust because I hate touching it

If it's a singular something, like just straight up chicken, two hands, even if it's with other finger foods.

If it's with rice or anything else I need a fork with, I strip the meat off and use that since I don't like to alternate between picking up food and using utensils.
