I got sick one time and it kept me up for four days straight. I couldn't sleep at all.
Was never sure what hallucinations looked like but fukk
That last night I started hearing voices. And I was completely aware that I was hearing voices. I was actually laughing because I couldn't believe I was actually hallucinating. Probably the strangest experience of my life..

Not an external voice more an internal voice constantly telling me to off myself. At least it used to be waaay more frequent, also would tell me to do worse things. Again don't think it's an external thing like I'm "hearing voices" but still very present.
