I'm trying hard to disconnect and not be addicted

Every day after work Imma shut my shyt off from 6 to 10.

I'm on the laptop now only cause im working from home doing some Overtime

After a certain point in the evening I stop taking phones calls unless I'm expecting a call or something

I will straight let that shyt ring and if you don't leave a VM I'm going to assume it was'nt important or life changing

Every time I turn my phone volume down to sleep I get multiple missing calls from mom and dad. Mom sometimes starts bugging out wondering if I'm ok.

I've noticed since getting a smart phone my attention span has dramatically decreased. It's sad. It's good to disconnect for periods.
