not really, my bro was born in 2000, these young kids got it easy

can order uber and food straight to your door, become wiser with internet from a young age, dont need to spend money on music and films, get a job without going to a store and handing in your details etc etc

us 90s babies were really in the field , most of these kids never climbed a wall in their life

music videos on BET uncut when you was kid? had us like :damn::shaq::mjlit:

i bet young don't even know there used to be rated r music videos

Also the pre PG 13 era meant we had rated R movies being marketed towards children. Just look at the difference between Robocop in 1987 and the one in 2014:mjlol:

But 90s babies are young enough to utilize/benefit from the tech AND we have the leg up from actually having real social interaction that didn’t primarily take place through social media. OP is right on this one.

The biggest thing about the next generation(s) is the idea of a "classic" is gone.

-music (80s baby here): We still crank songs from the 90s and can have a full-fledged party off those alone. Current artists make a song every week and you can't begin to at least appreciate it in some regard.

-clothes: society has breed consumers to purchase clothing for this upcoming weekend only and quickly discard. I still have timeless pieces that, with care, have been maintained. Fashion is cyclical.

-television: "Martin" and "Fresh Prince" are still funny and can be on repeat. In today's "Meme" society, the average "consumer's" attention span is relegated to 6 secs and then moving on forever. Crazy.

I'm :flabbynsick: so:yeshrug:....

are you an 80's baby because you were born in the 80's or if that's the decade that most of your childhood was in?
same question for any decade really.
