I don't really look at these things as better.
I was someone in the library all the time when I wanted to find out about shyt so having the Internet was a blessing for someone like me who always wanted to know shyt but I also think if you don't want to know shyt then you still gonna be a jack ass with or without Google
Spending money of music and films now seems like a waste but the hours I spent in cd and vinyl stores in the 90s early 2000s just meeting folks and being social are experiences money can't buy.
again, you can be social at work/school
loads of people back in the days were introverted too , what if they didnt want to be social?
and yeah if you dont want to learn you wont, but people like my brother can find alot of things easier with just an internet connection , you can also learn without having the intention of learning if you surf twitter and only follow porn pages, you;re still going to have something pop up that you didnt know before when you're only in a room by yourself just cause someone re tweeted, so then you starting going down the rabbit hole, not by force but just by random curiosity
if you want to say young kids of today wont feel or taste/exp certain things than thats fine, although people born in the 60s would say the same thing about people born in the 80/90s etc
