Trash ass list. Hey Arnold the best cartoon ever and Doug is God Tier too. Ginger is the most underrated cartoon ever

Jimmy neutron is mid, bump hey Arnold to God, and angry beavers to top. I could see people bumping tocko, Ren and stimpy, and real monsters. Them shyts were wack to me Nickelodeon was tolerated but i never thought that shyt was great.

fairly oddparents and rugrats only top tier
rocket power and jimmy nuetron mid tier. never got around to avatar. catdog and angry beavers were weak.
