Do you guys approach rappers you meet in public?

I'm not talking about really famous ones because most of us would approach them. I'm talking about lesser known artists. I've seen a few and just been like and didn't even acknowledge them. I don't like bothering people and assume the reaction I would get wouldn't be a good one anyway. I'm on a plane right now coming from Japan and Termanology has been like ten feet from me. We left Japan ten hours ago and I finally decided to say what's up to him. I noticed he was with someone but couldn't put my finger on it. When I approached him I told him I was a big fan of his and he stood up and shook my hand and hugged me and told me he appreciated it. He even asked my name. Really cool dude. After that he was like by the way that's Tony Touch right here (sitting right next to him) and introduced me. I've been a fan of Tony's since back in the day but honestly didn't even recognize him without a hat. I was like . Anyways, it was a cool experience I would have missed out on if I didn't approach them.

Sometimes I say what's up. Sometimes just keep It moving, if I don't like the person just ignore them and carry on my business. If it's someone dope and I like might say wassup, so varies.

At the end of the day though, most artists, unless complete pricks are gonna take it well if you like their music.

Some seem cool if you meet them though. From seeing Budden at his shows, he's cool...I've heard numerous stories of Mega being cool. Philly rappers are regular dudes...from B Mac to Quilly. They're all cool to chill with. But a lot of them, you can easily say wassup, give dap and keep it moving. You can have convos with them too. There are some a$$holes though.
