he's spending 10 min to save a dollar on balloons and then extra time trying to make his cheap purchase float. is his time not worth more?
it makes sense why he's getting the church hug from wifey on the 10th anniversary

When I'm dealing with mechanics, sales people, Asians, mexicans, Africans, or any ethnic culture where that's the norm, yes. These folks are most likely inflating the price.

When I'm dealing with Americans, no.

Everybody should haggle down on vehicles at dealerships. fukk their markups.

This guy on the other hand? This is mental illness. This is like going to buy a car and asking the seller to knock off 200 bucks if you'll remove the battery under the hood and install one you had lying around the house.

Barter yes if I am in the market eg. If a 1lb of 🥕 is £1.50 il ask for 3lb for £4
But I'm not into the habit of cheating SME's and independent vendors out of their profit. You wouldn't walk into Fendi and haggle a bag down so treat others with the same respect.

Buying/fixing a vehicle I usually take my uncle to haggle the price or my dad uses police auctions for great bargains
