Not necessarily, I just do my weight lifting and bounce.. I like doing it though, especially the pain that comes from pushing your limits..

Yep.

I'm pretty hench from amateur meets around 2012, but I got injured squatting and now just lift to remain pain free e.g. no squats and deadlifts with a trapbar

Yes. Always lifted since HS and beyond, for football. Even after I finished playing, I've never stopped. It's pretty much part of my life and I feel incomplete on days where I don't have the chance to go.

Addicted no, but I don’t feel “right” if I haven’t exercised at least every other day. Been working out for 20 years and don’t think I’ll ever be able to feel comfortable if I stopped. Be on the lookout in 2070 for my youtube video of a 90 year old man pushing two cookies on the flat:ahh:
