Man… these last few years I’ve had issues with my tailbone and it hurts my lower back if I sit too long. I don’t know if it related to when I was going deadlifts. But I was looking into maybe getting an adjustment and some of that shyt is :huhldup: you gotta do what to possibly fix my tailbone??? :damn:

A Judo guy swept my toe, really bad, years ago. It healed but 2 times a year it comes back out of no where and I have trouble walking for 2 days.

Inner thigh exercises helps almost any aching issue IMO. shyt works wonders

When I was younger a car ran over my foot and my ankle and foot always gives me problems now. But hey at least I can walk and im not disfigured :yeshrug:
