Used to have that. Then I started stretching my calves multiple times a day and it went away.

I’m pretty athletic and do yoga to complement the sports that I play. shyt does nothing for my foot.

I have the ball to stretch out my foot. Have foot supports. Got a steroid injection. shyt still hits when the weather gets cold.

When I can walk, because most times I can’t, I have to use crutches or a cane.

I had a nagging knee injury on both my knees. It literally nagged for three years until I took my physical therapy serious :mjlol:

It was back pain and sciatica for me. Walking around in constant pain is no joke. I feel better now than I did 10 years ago

I have a fukked up right knee, shyts always hurting, I don’t even remember what normal feels like. Also just got elbow tendinitis as well, some days I can’t even lift 10 lbs with that arm. :mjcry:
