Heights, for some reason I'm ok in planes. Being in the water at night(ocean,beach) sitting in corners makes me itch idk if that's a phobia. And scratching paper with my nails gives me chills as well.

i have anxiety. you knwo that feeling you get when you have a fight. i feel like that all day. i have to be active all day. i cant sit still or i get panic attacks. i dont know if thats a phobia but its what i have.

Add another to the height column. I'm so scared of heights that while in my athletic prime, I never attempted a dunk.... and I hated attempting lay-ups.
