In my 20s my friends and I hung out with a kat like this. Mad late and made things difficult as hell. We all ended up telling him "Find his own way".

It depends on all situations. I doubt it's even that high. However I got a few kats I use to hang out with like that. I use to not even bother calling them being late for stuff.
