how do you get through training sessions with people are are computer illiterate?
I have to do this at work but the people i have to train appear to be completely computer illiterate
and TBH i am not used to dealing with people like that.
i know with training guides lots of screen shots with arrows work best because people will not read but i need suggestions on how to actually get through the training session. one of the women i have to train can't even click the correct links even when told. if i say click file, she will go and click view, which is 3 choices to the right..
