All of them didn't wait, some said something earlier but were called liars. Also a lot of women are afraid to come forward because 100% of the time they will be called liars (like they are now) they will be called hoes/sluts/gold diggers (like they're being called now) and who wants to be raped then insulted? You already feel like shyt and that will just make it worse. So it takes a while to get up the courage to say something because you're going to get shytted on because of what someone else did to you.
