Financial responsibility has nothing to do with financial value. A poor person can manage their money better than a rich person. I've known people from both sides of the spectrum. Rich folks that are good and bad with money and poor folks that are the same way. Rich guys that blow their money on dumb shyt and poor guys that also blow their money on dumb shyt. Sure being rich gives them some cushion but like they say, "a fool and his money are soon parted".bein broke
