Using cannabis oil/cannabis ?

So many friends parents are catching it and dying after chemo. Just wondering if there is an alternative that provides a decent chance of survival or atleast not dying due to being frail and whithering away.

Unfortunately almost every person I knew personally with cancer is no longer here

I think the benefits of cannibis at the moment are pain management and maybe appetite enhancement. I think their is research into cannabinoids fighting cancer cells but its not here yet

Everyone I knew who had cancer eventually died, and recently the person who actually used canabis oils was only for comfort and to address the lack of appetite .
I don't see how canabis can be a cure, It doesn't actively fight against cancer.
