I did just pay off an old credit debt though, and that shyt is coming off the report
I'm pretty much debt free right now.
I don't have a credit card though. I need to build this up
Being Debt free doesn't always mean your credit score will improve. If you have missed payments that will have a negative effect!
Keep up to date with payments ALWAYS...Also when you apply for Credit and you get credit checked they don't see your score as a number i.e (590) they just see the information, the score is from Experian saying how they think you look to creditors. If you have no missed payments, no court judgements because of lack of payments etc and you have a less than 75% of credit utilisation. You should be good breh, regardless of what Experian etc say.

It was in the 800s when I bought my car in 2013.
Happened to me too, but with my parents.
My credit score is shytty so I haven't checked recently. I make decent money, I just don't pay these fakkit ass parking tickets I get for bullshyt so they end up in collections

You're entitled to a free report per year on that site. It's from the 3 major credit reporting companies
