I work in IT, I'm a network technician.

My job has really taught me some stuff that I can apply later in life. I enjoy the consistent schedule. I hope I get that promotion , but if I don't then i don't really care to be honest . I know that I WILL NOT be working here for the rest of my life. There are days when I want to choke someone to death on my job though .

I'm in my 5th department since I've started working at this company. Do I like like what I do? Sure. Who I do it for? No. So most definitely will not be here for the rest of my life.

I fukking hate my job. Not so much the job but the management in the company. The salary however is outstanding & I got bills up to here so I will be here until I can figure a way out.
