I believe you but generally speaking that 60 to 90 sec mark usually gets the food just right.

I try to reheat on the stove or airfryer so I find myself using the microwave as a timer lol. Def can't use the 30 sec button for that

microwaves only oscillate the water molecule in food so nah you ain't eating radiation.
