I can’t stand first person outside of actual shooting games. If Cyberpunk had a 3rd person mode it would have held my attention and not taken me 5 years to beat.

I prefer 3rd person but don't mind 1st person if done well. I prefer 3rd person for Resident Evil games, didn't really like how RE7/8 were in first person. I will say the way Cyberpunk 2077 did it made it very immersive with the close up dialogue.

It still feels like you’re stuck in a moving camera on tracks. It only works me in racing and flying games
