Do you prefer self-checkout or a cashier?

A lot of my errands are mapped out by self check stores even if theyre a little out of the way...I save time that I used to spend arguing with cashiers and now only have to deal with trying to work the machine or thinking I'm stealing...can't be perfect Or are you one of those people who's taking a stand against automation and refuses to shop at stores that use these machines?
