Depend on what games I play.

For example, on a couch relax while playing single player games like Death Stranding 2, God of War, FF7 Rebirth, etc or sit up straight when things get a bit more intense like with boss fights. And then when it's time to get competitive I can lean forward.

I've been mainly playing on the couch when playing a nice AAA game or even sometimes I'll play COD with the controller on the couch. On the desk, it's not too often as my TV OLED just looks way better.

Recliner, like the ones you sit in at the movie theater. Usually i'm sitting up in the chair though, but i like the option to lay back at times too
