Not sure what point you're trying to make there. Its all about consent and privacy. She is giving consent by letting you take off her clothes or walking around naked ect. If she gives you consent to look through her phone fine, but sneaking and going through it with out consent is just wrong in my opinion.

i can but i think it is more so the anxiety of fear of being cheated on that drives me to have trust issues now

i always use my girl's phone and she uses mine too so no worries with her but im just messed up in the head in general
