I used to when I first started. Now my reviews are a 5 to 10-minute conversation over lunch.

And I ain't buying

I always document and save everything I do/conversation just in case fukkery tries to come afoot during my performance review.

Mine is due by Friday and I haven’t even finished yet, so I’m sure I’ll be getting an email about it at some point.
