A lot of Engineering textbooks are great references later so I uploaded all of the ones we used and the supplementary ones I used all along with my notes to Obsidian, including handwritten.

Now I can link and search for everything all in one place through multiple classes and textbooks, form hyperlinks between different courses, link things to everyday life, etc.

Searching for something like “intrinsic impedance” and seeing the multiple textbooks and their sections it’s mentioned is great. Linking annotations between different notes, textbooks and images, writing code, creating interactive circuits and demos on the notes, pasting gifs and emojis (that are searchable) next to paragraphs, run A.I on it, etc. I got Electrical Engineering notes that can be traced to notes I have on video games and Musicmaking. It’s a straight up connection maker.

Additionally get the benefit of new plugins created by the large community.

Best app on the market.

Yup.. mainly the ones related to my major
Computer architecture, circuit design, artificial intelligence, software engineering... I feel like opening one now and just reminiscing on the struggles.. I wonder if my Electromagnetic fields book is still around. That class kicked my ass and I never got a chance to retry.

I have a few I don’t read but they look good on my bookshelf and make me look extra cultured. Like a mahogany hard covered Business Law book, and a few novels by Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac and them
