the fact that innocent black men have been put to death makes it a no no for me. Also I think serving life in prison is more torture than dying.

There isn't a government on earth competant enough, and fair enough to execute a prosecutor or judge that presides over the death of an innocent man, so the answer for me is no.

True. I was leaning towards agreeing with the death penalty but it has to be fairly judged. This country especially isn't capable of doing that. I never understood how two people can do the same crime but get different sentences.
