He gets to wake up.
fukk that.
Here's another piece of shyt that needs to die....
True. I was leaning towards agreeing with the death penalty but it has to be fairly judged. This country especially isn't capable of doing that. I never understood how two people can do the same crime but get different sentences. There isn't a government on earth competant enough, and fair enough to execute a prosecutor or judge that presides over the death of an innocent man, so the answer for me is no.
If without a shadow of a doubt they did it then yes.
Yup. Im all for it -- if the proof is without doubt. My reasoning being -- I'd hope it strike fear into potential murderers. Knowing if they commit the crime - it means their life also; some may be more hesitant
/threadIs that possible in this country with its racial history - that is still being practiced today. What if the accused only has a court appointed lawyer? It's a recipe for disaster honestly
you want to give the US government the authority to torture people based on the cases presented by law enforcement?I Don’t Support Sitting On Cushy Death Row For 20 Years Then Get A Last Meal And A Quick Painless Death
Torture A MFer THAT Day And End It
Very slippery slope. I've heard rumors about this type of stuff being enforced in the middle east or Asia, cant remember but what happens if the state or government punishes the wrong person? Now you have an innocent person with a burned facedIf you admit to murder you should face death penalty. If you stab someone in the neck you should be stabbed in the neck. If you burn someone's face with acid the same should be done to you. I think whatever crime you commit you should face
If you commit murder out of self defense the above should not apply

If the victim declines the offer to carry out the punishment jhim/herself it's on the government authorities to decide..Who stabs the convicted in the neck![]()
