Pac was born on the East Coast in NYC, moved to B-More and when he turned 17 he moved to the Bay Area. he also said in an interview that if he was going to rep a place that it would be Oakland cause that's where he learned the game.
Master P was born and raised in New Orleans, but moved to Oakland/Richmond at age 18-19, he came out with No Limit compilation albums called ''West Coast Bad Boyz'' and repped the West Coast hard. he then decided to move back to New Orleans later on in 1992-93.
