We'd have to have a monopoly on weapons and force and have a lot of collective wealth. Think Israel's apartheid against Palestine or the white people in South Africa. Being a minority group in power also means you need support from global super powers. We ain't got that. So as of right now I'd say no.

Yes, if we learn to live amongst each other and not constantly at each others throats. We have to learn how to support each other whether businesses and spend within our community. Other communities outside ours understand we're a hot commodity and are able to come in and benefit off of us. As consumers in general we have so much power, we just need to consume within our own again.

white are only the majority due to the boomers (1/3 of the US population) and once they die, they haven't sufficiently breeded to compensate for that loss in 30 years. If Blacks have their education and economic priorities in order then there is a legitimate chance to become a larger piece of the pie.
