People forget hell = without G-d. There will be no partying or seeing or even knowing the beings next to you. You will be limited in every aspect that you have now. Slow moving, not really thinking, lack of breath, lack of self in totality.
G-d gives those what they ask for; if you reject G-d, you will be without all that he is - the opposite. We are the images of G-d, so to reject being an image is sort of rejecting life itself.
